We ship cork, luxury vinyl, hardwood, bamboo, laminate and exotic wood flooring fully insured, anywhere nationwide. The flat rate shipping fees have been negotiated with Brand Floors to help offset the costs of the flooring so we can pass the savings on to you. Our rates are well below what the actual cost is to ship the flooring.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel or return the product, you will be responsible for the actual freight costs to and from the flooring’s delivery location plus a 30% restocking fee. The distance the freight has to travel and also the weight of the product is used to calculate the cost. We will evaluate the reason for the return and then let you know what the shipping costs will be for returning the shipment. If the reason for the return is manufacturing-related problems, you will not be charged for additional freight charges.

We offer a wide range of delivery and pick up options to suit every budget and every need. Freight shipping is simple with our flat rate fees. Below is a detailed list of the most popular delivery choices:

Customer Pick Up at Terminal is the most affordable freight delivery option.  Your flooring is shipped to a commercial freight terminal and ready for pick up during business hours Monday through Friday.  With thousands of shipping terminals across the country, you will likely have a serving terminal within 1-50 miles of your location.  Note that you might need a truck or trailer to pick up your flooring depending on the amount ordered.  If you do not have the resources to pick up your flooring, or a terminal pickup is not convenient, consider one of our additional shipping options.

Commercial / Construction Site Delivery is scheduled for office buildings or warehouses with semi truck and trailer accessibility. Advance notice is not provided and a receiver must be available during normal business hours Monday through Friday to accept the flooring shipment, and allows you to prearrange your flooring delivery to the job site where you will be responsible for unloading the materials from the tailgate.

Residential Delivery allows curbside delivery right outside your home. Simply meet the driver at the prearranged time and your new flooring will be positioned on the truck’s tailgate ready for unloading. Most flooring products are shipped on pallets weighing 25-80 pounds each. You are responsible for unloading your flooring.

Lift Gate Residential Delivery service is subject to availability, but an option in most areas. After you sign for delivery, the trucking company will unload your new flooring on site using an elevator lift.

Additional Shipping Options

Inside Delivery includes additional charges, yet is a convenient option since the driver takes responsibility for unloading your new flooring materials and placing them on the first floor of your home or building.

Truckload or Container Delivery is exclusively for flooring orders of 13,000 sq. ft. or more and available if a forklift or loading dock is on site. Job site deliveries require the use of a forklift for unloading. Contact a flooring specialist to assist with rates.

Due to variables in the transportation industry, shipping charges are subject to change. Under no circumstances will we ever charge your credit card for an amount over what was estimated. However, because of the potential for changes, we do reserve the right to cancel your order.

When to expect your new flooring to arrive

We do everything we can to ensure your new flooring arrives on time. However, we have no control over “acts of God” or other circumstances that impact the freight trucking company. Transit times range from 1 to 10 business days depending on your location and the quote provided by the freight company.
Of course, expedited shipping or guarantee service (available in some areas) is provided for an additional nominal fee if you want an exact delivery date or just need your flooring quicker. Unfortunately, Brand Floors LLC cannot be held liable for late shipments that are not protected under guarantee service.

What to do when your flooring arrives wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new cork, luxury vinyl, hardwood, bamboo, laminate and exotic wood flooring. The buyer has the final inspection responsibility as to grade, finish and quality of the order received. Please inspect your flooring for any damages keeping in mind that industry standards for natural products such as hardwood floors allow for variations on color, a 0.25 thickness tolerance, and a 5% defect rate.

Though damage is rarely reported due to the quality of our materials, their manufacturers, and the quality freight trucking companies we recommend, note your remarks on all copies of your delivery receipt since claims cannot be processed without your receipt. Any shortages, defects or damages due to manufacturer error must be reported to Brand Floors within 48 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue.

If your delivery requires you to sign or unload the flooring shipment, be sure to make arrangements as necessary. Freight companies are unable to accommodate any changes in delivery at arrival.
